Encore un petit probl�me de compilation dans la version 0.1.3, et nous voil� ici.

- bulgroz-0.1.3 doesn't compile because of snarky line pasted at the and of the main source file (bulgroz.cpp). The lines are removed.
- the tarball now contains some others files named COPYING, README, TODO, as in so many projects
- added the forbidden word, which make the program to show a philosopikkkkk explaination of the author goals.
- added the DOS OEM output conversion (ANSI characters inputs are converted to OEM character set)
